Shihezi University

Shihezi University is situated in Xinjiang, China, which was recognized as a key institution by the Central Government in the year 2000. Shihezi University is in Xinjiang Uygar Autonomous Region and was ranked among the key university. The University is also one of the international Medical institution which has been recognized by WHO (World Health Organization) and MCI (Medical Council of India). It has been granted by Ministry of Education of China to teach MBBS Medical study for international students in English language. Shihezi University has developed into a dynamic higher learning institution with world-oriented education. Currently the University has 20 colleges and a total enrollment of more than 30,032 with 21,989 undergraduates and 1,906 postgraduates. The University staff consists of 1,527 full-time teachers, 152 professors and 450 associate professors.

How To Apply

Entry Requirements:

  • At least 18 years old.
  • High school graduate or above, or have passed Grade Twelve (10+2)/HSC.
  • With an average score of 65% in PCB.
  • Have basic English language ability.

Application Materials:

  • A photocopy of the applicant’s passport.
  • Passport-size photo.
  • A photocopy of the official high school graduate certificate.
  • Academic record: a photocopy of the transcript (including courses taken and standard achieved).
  • Foreigner Physical Examination Record.
  • Qualified students will be selected on the basis of interview and application.
