Kazan State Medical University is a government University and 3rd best medical university of Russia after Moscow and St. Petersburg according to ARES 2014. It is also one of the oldest universities in Russia with 200 years of experience in medical training. University is established in 1814 .Students can reach university by flight from Delhi to Moscow in 6hrs; direct flight to Kazan from Moscow is 2.5 hrs then from Kazan airport to university by bus in half an hour. It is a modern university. University is in the central part of Kazan. Around 700 students from 57 countries around the world study here. It is the university which is recognized by the ministry of healthcare and ministry of education (MCI and WHO). Kazan has 21000 international and Indian students. All the departments are equipped with modern infrastructure. In university the classes are taken in English medium, which is first started in 1996, all seminars, test, lectures are conducted in English language. In university students receive medical care at the health center provided by the university. University has 58 medical academic departments and teaching hospital of 7000 beds. Kazan State Medical university has all necessary conditions for the development and training of the students.
