The applicant must be fit in the below criteria for the seat at the Debrecen University:

Documents Required

The documents required for the Bachelor and Master degree for the international students’ admission:

  • Application form.
  • Resume/CV(all skills details should be mentioned).
  • Valid Passport.
  • Graduation certificate (for masters).
  • Medical certificate.
  • Passport size photos.
  • Passing certificates(High school-HSC and SSC for bachelor degree with graduation in addition to postgraduate).

Admission Process

  • Students have to send the above-mentioned documents along with the consultancy registration fees
  • We will do the profiling of the student, then apply in the respective university in the desired course.(Here student has to pay the university application fees which is around 150 USD/Euro)
  • The university will issue the conditional admission letter. Here student needs to fulfil the condition mentioned in the admission. letter ( Could be exam or Interview)
  • Upon clearing the condition mentioned by the university. The university
  • will issue the unconditional admission letter.
  • Now the student has to remit atleast 20-50% of the tuition fees of the university
  • Then we will proceed for the Visa documentation & prepapre the student for exam/interview to conducted by the Hungarian Embassy.
  • We will brief the student about Pre-departure,arrange the forex,make the Group. After the group reaches destination we will help the students about post arrival formalities.
