Zaporizhia State Medical University is a self-governing, an autonomous body of Ukraine. It is one of the oldest University of Ukraine with IV level of accreditation. The University has a total of 5 academic buildings, 5 hostels for the student, a library, 2 canteens, a café, and a concert hall. All the academic buildings of the University and hostel have access to Internet facility. Students can easily access wifi on the University campus. The University campus has three gyms for students, a stadium for playing football, swimming pool, volleyball, tennis court, fitness club, and sports ground for handball. The University has one electronic library and electronic catalogs are also available in the scientific library of the University. The University has many modern computer technologies for its students which are included in the teaching process. The management and the scientific research department are one of the prioritized activities of the University.
Zaporizhia State Medical University is the only University in Ukraine which has its own clinic, training center for students where practical classes are conducted. Each year thousands of students enter Ukraine for studying Mbbs from Abroad.
The climate of Zaporizhia is warm with a temperature of 16 degree centigrade. Summer is the best month for travelling to the city mainly in the month from May to September. Winters are generally cold with temperature going down below -3.4 degree centigrade in the month of January. The maximum temperature exceeds to 23 degree centigrade only in the month of July. Rainfall usually occurs in October which is the driest month of the year.
Zaporizhia is a city located in the South East of Ukraine. The city is not only famous for Zaporizhian Cossacks but also for the administrative centre. The city is full of architectural buildings next to Kiev and Lviv. Not only sightseeing, tourist can also enjoy historical and cultural complex of Zaporizhian Sich. To watch this colorful show you just have to pay an entrance fee of 100 UAH ($4).
Another major attraction of the city is the Dnipro Hydroelectric Station. The building is 1300m long and 60 m high. The building looks good especially at night with colorful lights and flag of Ukraine. The city has also a museum built in the twentieth century named Zaporizhia Regional lore Museum. The museum has a total collection of more than 1 lakhs historical and modern units. One can visit Sotsgorod architectural area of the city which has ancient monuments from 1920s to 30s.Those who are interested in learning Soviet architecture can visit the area.

The admission process of Zaporizhia State Medical University is very easy. Students who wish to study MBBS in Ukraine are simply required to furnish their educational documents for the application process to te University along with documents like Passport, NEET Score Card, and two photographs.
After the documents are submitted, the student will recieve the admission letter within 2-3 days and Invitation letter from the Minsitry after 15-20 days. This will confirm his admission.
Next the Visa process will start which takes maximum 10 days time.
Finally after the Visa is done,the candidate is ready to fly.

In addition, the university demands that the applicant be of sound physical and mental health, testimonials of which have to be furnished at the time of admission. The candidate must be able to provide medical certificates stating the same. The applicant is also required to undergo HIV test as a mandatory clause for admission.
